Salon Policies

1. We guarantee our customer's nails against breakage for 3 days from the service date.
2. There are no guarantees for customers with short nails beds when artificial nails are applied on.
3. Please take the time to dry your nails completely, we cannot be responsible for repolish once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do a one time touch-up.
4. We cannot guarantee polish on natural nails since it does not last long.
5. We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reactions associated with waxing service done. If you are allergic to the wax or take any medications that may result in an allergic reaction from the wax, please inform us prior to the service so we can better assist you.
6. Parents/Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents caused by your children. Also children are NOT allowed to run around the salon.
7. Customers shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belongings.
8. Children 12 years old and under must have permission from parent or guardian before artificial nails can be applied.
9. All services are non-refundable.
10. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They can only be used for services.
11. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, open cuts wounds, fungal nail infection, allergies, etc, please inform us before we perform the service.
12. If you are allergic to latex gloves, please inform us so we may use a different material for your safety.
13. For any lash service, if you are allergic to latex or have easily eye skin irritation, please let the technician know prior to lash service.
14. Complimentary Drinks
• Mixed Drinks are for customers who are getting service $20 or more.
• Limit 1 glass per customer for alcohol consumption safety.
• Must be 21 years or older (we check ID to prevent under age drinking).
• Please drink at your own risk.
• CAT NAIL BAR is not liable for any alcohol consumption.
